Things to Know

Preparing for Class
-
Grip socks are required for all our classes, Pilates and barre.
-
Dress in something you will be comfortable moving in. Leggings or pants with cuffs at the bottom (to keep them in place) are the best option for bottoms. Shorts aren’t because you may be doing things with your legs up in the air.
-
Some of our Pilates instructors teach with music and others teach “classically”, i.e., without music. Barre classes are taught with music.
-
Be sure to let your instructor know if you have any injuries or physical limitations. Group classes are designed for those who do not have injuries or limitations, but we will do our best to accommodate! You can also book private or duet sessions for a more personalized workout.
-
Pilates is about building strength over time, so it’s ok if you can’t do everything right away. If you feel like you might fall or hurt yourself, stop and ask the instructor about a modification.

Cancellation Policy
You must cancel at least 12 hours in advance through MindBody or by calling or emailing. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours in advance) will result in your losing the class credit, or a charge to your card on file for monthly members.
Expiration of Classes
For class packages, 5 packs expire after 60 days, 10 packs after 120 days, and 20 packs after 180 days.

Monthly Membership Terms
Clients with monthly memberships who have to miss a class they have booked must still cancel at least 12 hours in advance either online (through MindBody or our app), or by calling or emailing the studio. Clients may not cancel by text. Cancellations that occur less than 12 hours before class incur a $15 late cancellation fee that will be billed to your card on file. No-shows incur a $25 fee.
Your monthly membership fee will debit monthly on the anniversary of its start date. In purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to being charged monthly (“auto-renewal”) until cancellation.
Unlimited members may take up to 1 class per day.
Unlimited memberships have a 3-month initial term, after which they are month-to-month.
To cancel your membership, you must email info@elevatepilates.com at least 30 days before the billing cycle you wish to cancel for. For example, if your renewal date is the 8th, you must email to cancel by September 8 to avoid being charged on October 8. If you cancel on September 9, you would still be charged on October 8 and your membership would end November 7.
Elevate reserves the right to change terms or pricing at any time. We will provide as much advanced notice as possible to clients who are affected by the changes.
